  4. Fever and cough cold. Sos weight 12 kg!

My 3.5 yr old son is having fever 104.2 with cold and cough. This is second time in 20 days for such high fever. Last time I gave him antibiotics This time doc suggested X-ray of chest. Pic attached. Please suggest. Current treatment - nebuliser ion duolin twice a day Crocin suspension 120 6ml sos Weight 12 kg

X ray doesn't show pneumonia. He needs blood and urine tests to look for cause after check up. Please visit a pediatrician or take a second opinion from a senior pediatrician
