  4. Fever and cold. Any thing serious?

Fever and cold
My son is 3yrs old, from yesterday he S suffering from high fever and cold. If I give paracetamol, Fever is less or else fever is high. Any thing serious??

If child in playful when afebrile...probably viral...Fever is high usually at the beginning,  will come down 2-3 days...give paracetamol sos n syrup maxtra for 3 days....
Next Steps
If continue beyond 3 -4 days n sick n fever not responding to paracetamol go for pediatrician check up.
