My daughter age of 3.5 year facing fever and cold so please suggest medicine also facing problems of excess urination

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  As of now you can give her syrup paracetamol  250mg 5ml thrice a day . Kindly consult a pediatrician in person for further evaluation and management.  You can also give her syrup. Allercet 5ml for cold. But dont just rely on these medicines, she might need more than this. Best regards.  Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
