Fever and cold
I have been suffering from fever since last 4 days, along with that I have cold as well. I have taken medication but fever keeps on coming back. My eyes are also getting red for some reason. Not sure if both are related.

Looks like viral fever. It could continue for upto a week. If you've chills/rigors, nausea, headache consult with a cbc report.
