  4. Fever and cold. Due to climate change!

Having fever and runny nose from past 3 days..I have been taking sinarest for last 2 days..but I couldn't c much of a difference.plz suggest me any medicines other than high dose of paracetamol..I believe it's just viral fever due to climate change
