Fever after treatment
Sir my son was having fever with vomiting and few loose stools.. His fever was 103(+)(-) after antibiotic injection course of 3 days by pediatrician.. He was alright after first dose only.. now after two days of course completion he is again having 103 fever is it some underlying health condition or it can happen normally

Greetings , Fever is due underlying condition.Always mention age and wt in future..since wedon't know what was inection given! Now I start with paracetamol 1tsf tds. Please calculate the dose of paraceptal 15mg /kg.. tds add foxone 1tfs tds. Add nutrolin B syrup 1tsf twice a day. ( it isprobiotic). Add ORS every 2- 3 hrs. I am sure the child will be alright. Otherwise consult me after fixing appointment. Next time even on.line Iwill advice you for your child.
Next Steps
Avoid mosquitio by using mosquito net or repellent. Take all care regarging Nutrition, and immunization
