Fever after completing a 10 Day course
Hi. 11 Days ago my widal test showed that i am Typhoid Positive. The agglutination for H antigen was 1.320 and for O was 1.80 I have been on Cefuroxime Antibiotics from past 10 days and i completed my course. But in late afternoon and evening i witness that the temperature rises to 100.6 F. After waking up early in the morning, I dont have a fever. This is the pattern of the fever that i observe. Currently i am just taking Multivitamins. I want this Fever to subside completely as it worries me. For how many days would this fever last? Thanks in advance!

How long have you had the fever post the completion of antibiotics? There isn't sufficient information to suggest a specific diagnosis. I would advise you to visit a MD General Medicine so that you can be examined and undergo the necessary investigations to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly. Also you should get a Chest X-Ray PA view done.
Next Steps
in the meantime follow these: 1) Hydration- Please stay hydrated and drink water as often as possible. 2) Avoid junk food, stick to homemade food and fresh fruits. 3) Paracetamol 650 mg as required but not more than thrice a day. 4) If you notice any other symptom which is new, please feel free to get a consultation from me.
