Widal test
Hello doctor currently i am undergoing treatment for pleural tuberculosis and completed my 2 months of therapy but still i have mild fever of 99-99.5 so my doctor told me to go for widal test and after test he prescibed me cefixime and ofloxacin tablet. Doctor i am attaching my widal test report plz can you look at it.thank u in advance.

Currently widal is mild positive and is not very significant Continue medicines for TB, Fever. If the fever doesnt not settle you can repeat widal after 10 days.

Ur titre is weakly positive. But this not very significant.. you need to get it done again in a week to see if there is increasing titer..
