Fever above 101
My son has had a fever since this afternoon. Temperature varies from 101 - 103. No stomach ache, no pain while passing urine, no vomiting and no cold and cough. He is active when fever is less and eating properly. Please suggest medicine and dosage and how much time I can wait to take to the doctor?

Greetings looks like viral fever u can use paracetamol every 6 th hourly dose depends on the weight
