Hello, Give dolo 650 thrice daily and try cold sponging to reduce his temperature. You’ll need to provide more history and maybe get Some tests done to find out the cause behind your father’s fever.
Next Steps
Consult me on Practo for further advice.
Health Tips
If the fever persists , kindly take him to the nearest hospital and get an IV PARACETAMOL injection.
