Fever, running nose, watery eyes, cough since 6 days first 3 days he was on crocin 120, 2 doses daily as fever was spiking 12 hourly...he started having severe running nose so i switched to sinarest twice daily for 3 days...im giving mucolyte 2 times as he is coughing so much plus nebulization since 5 days...
No diarrhea, no vomiting, no tummyache,active having food, no intake output issues... today is 7th day still no recovery plz suggest im bit worried as hez the same since 1st day..
My elder son who is 7 years also had same symptoms recovered by 5 days, my husband got same symptoms recovered in 7 days...now my younger son has same symptoms..

FH/O cold cough.since 3 members are suffering from cold and cough, two have become better.,It is obviouly infection ,mostly viral. What I suggest is start Indian spices Kadda., 150ml drinking water,+jaggary,+3 -4 whole black pepper,+ 3 cloves ,+ ginger fresh crushed ,boil to concentrate to 100ml. This conction, cool it and serve warm to your child 2 times a day. For 3days. Add vit C 500mg soluble chewable tablets once a day for 10 days.
You can give steam inhalation. You have to be careful. Hygiene and hand washfrequently. Good nutrition with hydration. , lots of fluilds.
Take care of mosquito to prevent malaria and dengue. Stay safe at home. Covid pandemic is still on.Take all precautions
