The day you skip your periods you are 4 weeks and one day pregnant So there is no pregnancy which corresponds to 3 weeks Abortion is a legal process and online prescription for abortion pills is illegal not available You need to meet a doctor in your city get an ultrasound done and proceed under her supervision

First do one USG of pelvis to confirm the size , accordingly medicine would be prescribed,,, if first pregnancy and she is more than 30 years old then better continue the pregnancy. Connect online
