So there is no pregnancy which corresponds to 3 weeks
Abortion is a legal process and online prescription for abortion pills is illegal not available

First do one USG of pelvis to confirm the size , accordingly medicine would be prescribed,,, if first pregnancy and she is more than 30 years old then better continue the pregnancy.
