Iam in 30 week of pregnancy. In my hospital they ask to do fetal movement count from 32 weeks onwards. Till than they suggested to just appreciate movement that's it.
Uptill 28 weeks I use to feel a lot of movement post that the pattern has changed with less obvious kicks ( I can feel movement if I keep my hand on tummy) While I do feel movement regularly but it's not as intense as it was in 28 weeks. The growth scan and heartbeat at 29 weeks looks fine.
Just wanted to know if appreciating movements in morning, afternoon, night should be ok to make sure baby is fine?

As the baby grows the intensity of Move will reduce as it's just the hands n feet n not the entire baby that moves
If you are able to count morning 9 to night 9 more than ten movements it's ok

As the Pregnancy advances you feel less movements. Baby is becoming bigger. Liquor is becoming less. Space is becoming less.
So you should just count Foetal movements. Their intensity becomes secondary.
