Fetal heart beat
No Growth and no heart beat found at 6th week. I noticed light bleeding and discharge during urination. Can we see growth and heart beat after few weeks or should we abort it now?

Bleeding in pregnancy is abnormal
Never to opine on first USG.Second follow up USG must be done after two weeks unless fresh bleeding or severe abdominal pain
Many patients have irregular cycle ,ovulation occur late so conception can be delayed
