Please explain does. Pms causes fertility issues. Actually after my ovulation,(For example if ovulation is on 15th day, from 16th day onwards i get pms). Includes breast and nipple tenderness on touch, bloating, sometimes little cramps throughout until I get my cycle. Once bleeding starts symptoms settle down. My doubt is does this cause infertility. Does this mean low or high progesterone. Does susten and dupaston hellps after ovulation in my case? Please help

It means that ovulation is actually occurring. After ovulation the ovaries start producing progesterone and all your symptoms are due to progesterone.
