Follicular monitoring is required for this treatment. Dont go ahead with these medications unsupervised. They can have serious side-effects. And sometimes even in the pregnancy, bleeding can occur. So firstly confirm that you are not pregnant and meet a gynaecologist in person.

You can take them. But my advice would be better to take these after having TVS folliculr study to see if your eggs are growing with letrozole and your eggs are released after taking the injection.
Fertigyn 10000 is for rupture of egg it doesn’t determine the no. U should not letroz or fertigyn continuously every month and not at all without supervision of doctor.
Without monitoring of your cycles by ultrasound it is not advisable to take either Injection Fertigyn or Letroz . Number of eggs released cannot be ascertained without actually seeing them in Follicular monitoring. Please resume your fertility treatment under supervision by gynaecologist after the lockdown
Meanwhile just try naturally or consult online about how to optimise your fertility potential
