Your query is not very clear but probably you suffered hip dislocation and this has resulted in avascular necrosis of femoral head(the femoral ball) . Avascular necrosis is a known complication for hip dislocation. There is no specific treatment for you at present except for occasional pain killers. If pain is severe and your daily activities are getting hampered then you might require a total hip replacement. However, further opinion can be given after I see your recent X ray.
Next Steps
You might need MRI of hip joint if the X rays turn out to be normal.
