Femur neck fracture
My father had a femur neck fracture where bone was broken hence a rod has been implanted doctor also said as per his age he has ostoporasis that's the reason his bone broke just by a simple slip, he recommended shelcal 500 twice a day, D 3 60k once a week also terifrac injection daily for at least 1 month, need to know if there is any other recommendations and is terifrac injection worth continuing

Medications are ok. Injection teriperstide is to be taken for a minimum 3 months. Early rehabilitation by non wieght bearing walking with walker is essential . Gradually progressing to toe walking and full weight bearing.
