Femur fracture in kid
Hi Doctors, My 8 months daughter fell from bed and got a femur fracture. Doctor has done casting but want to know how much time does it take to heal. I have attached x-ray for your reference. Please help by answering.

It takes 6-8 wks for fracture to heal. Confim by xrays. Don't make the vhild to bear weight. Follow the advice of the doctor.

Fractures in children take less time to heal. As your baby is 8 months old. It should heal in a month if you follow your doctor's advise properly
