Felling sick and feverish
Had a fever yesterday night. Took a paracetamol. Now fever is gone. But feeling very weak and sick. Feeling cold and sleepy. Currently, lying on bed and not in mood to do anything. Had a scooter ride day before yesterday without sweater, may be that might had led to fever. Please advise what medicine to take.
