U may be suffering from BPPV is there any dizziness while standing from bed or changing posture in bed. Other common reason is early stage of cervical spondylitis which also causes similar symptoms. you are suffering probably from benign paroxysmal psitional vertigo.....but at the same time other common causes like low bp/ anaemia / postural hypotension etc are to be ruled out ...so get a scheduld consultation with a gp done
