Fell down on my bum

I fell down on my back and badly hurt my bum..Its paining like hell now..I am worried might there be a internal injury, bleeding or a fracture. Should i consult a doctor or wait for the pain to reduce?

Hello if you can walk and sit and stand Keep some ice in that area take a paracetamol tablet and wait for few hours . Apply Voveran gel in that area if there is no wound If persistent difficulty in moving it or change of posture itself painful or not able to stand Go to. Ear by hospital have X-ray done and meet the doctor Wish a speedy recovery
