Hi..., burning sensation in palms and feet could be due to Neuropathy or could be due to deficiency in the vitamin B12... Diabetes mellitus is the most common cause of peripheral neuropathy.... Diabetes and alcohol abuse are the most common cause of neuropathy in the legs. Many other conditions can cause neuropathy which includes edema, vasculitis....The treatment entirely depends upon the underlying cause... Kindly consult your Physician for further evaluation.....
