Feels like panic attack
Sometimes i feel like i am having an heartattack, or feeling like i will faint, i have gastric issues. And sometimes my head and hands feels numb.

Hope you would have got diagnosed by a professional about your gastric issues and taking appropriate treatment for the same.. It looks like that you are going through some Anxiety or Stress also.. So, it is better to consult a psychological Counselor also for the same..
