Feels like obstruction in my back

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Sir/mam.. I feel like something is obstructing my food pipe and can feel the heaviness at my back... It is associated with the regurgitation and loss of appetite.. 2 days before I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism.. After eating lil bit I feel like my stomach is full and it's burning... Kindly help me out...
