Gastric obstruction cons
Gas fills in body continuously, even if food taken or not taken, body gets workout or not, in any case, gas fills in stomach, near chest and all others. and too much acidic, dry mouth, I drink a lot of water, but still dry mouth, And I feel there is some obstruction in the abdomen, when food is taken, it doesn't go inside from mouth only , literally have to push by hot drinking water,walk and other things. Then it settles in upper stomach, gas again fills. And digestion doesn't happen. And after a lot of pushing gas goes out , that too a little, and sometimes motion happens. That too nt satisfactory. It is effecting whole lifestyle. Sleep, concentration everything. And also I get severe cramps pain in my low back every night. Almost it starts from like 4 am. Lot of cramps , have to struggle a lot to push the gas out and later after some time pain is relieved.but it. Is again back the next night. Main disorder is gas fills all the time, obstruction and constipation

Subh Arogya, ........... First clear out your bowel....Take castor oil 2tsp at night...... Second step is to show your gas proper direction and way out ( Anuloman). It can be done by hingwastak choorna as suggested by Dr. Roopkala. Use this home remedy also ......ajwain+badisaunf + jeera +dhaniya ........it has very good results....you will start feeling better witin 3 - 5 days.....but castor oil is compulsory .

It's vata problem in GI tract. Please take Hingwastaka choorna mix with ghee take with first morsel of each meal. Chitrakadi vati 2 tab twice daily after food. If problem persists consult doctor near to you

You have symptoms indicating of chronic inflamed in the GI tract. Ayurveda has a range of good medicines related to GI tract which can be given after proper consultation only. Kindly consult.

Some life style changes is necessory.. 1. Avoid water drinking at the time of meal, you may takes after half an hours. 2. Take amla in any form like amalki choorn, amla swaras or awale ka murabba daily. 3. Take dinner at least 2 hrs before sleep. 4. After meal must take sauf wit misri 5. If any addiction like paan masala smooking drinking quite quickly.. 6. Morning walk do 7. Avoid spicy If problem persist then starts medication like prawal panchmrit avipattikar choorn, do not use any product containig salt prepration.

Take tab avipattikar 2bd after meals for burning sensation in chest and triphala powder 3gm at night with Luke warm water for constipation. Consult Ayurvedic doctor in person for complete treatment. And avoid spicy, fried and junk food, avoid banana too.
