Hello doctor I have stopped eating breakfast from 2 years. I always skip breakfast and take lunch at 2-3pm it's daily from 2 yrs now I'm feeling fatigue, weakness, muscle loss, bone aches.
Does all these happens if we skip breakfast and eat lunch at 2-3PM? Please tell me
