Hi, Include protein in your diet like pulses,legumes, milk and milk products, dry fruits. Eat small frequent meals.

Please get your haemoglobin checked for signs of any kind of anemia. Also eat food in good amounts at regular intervals. Drink plenty of water. If any blood test show deficiency, please get consulted by a Dietitian and get temporary supplements necessary to manage the issue. There can be any reason for this weakness but proper analysis and tests must be done.
