The tips may also vary two person to person and it may not suits you if you suffering from any medical issue. For muscles strengthening you can include the following foods 1. Eggs. Eggs contain high-quality protein, healthy fats and other important nutrients like B vitamins and choline 2. Salmon. Salmon is a great choice for muscle building and overall health. ... 3. Chicken Breast. ... 4. Greek Yogurt. ... 5. Tuna. ... 6. Lean Beef. ... 7. Shrimp. ... 8. Soybeans. Disclaimer -  if u suffering from any medical issue tip may vary But I would suggest you to meet any expert or me for a consultation and know what  you can include and how you can include the food in your diet do strengthen your muscles.
