I recently started taking escitaloprám for anxiety .it has been 10 day . I feel worse and sucidal. Don't feel any motivation. Sleep and hunger is also not there. Is it expected and how long should I expect this

5)Work with Your Body
Identify, and relax, the parts of your body that get most tense during a panic attack. This typically involves first tensing, and then relaxing, the muscles of your body. You can start at your toes and work your way up.
