For months now I am always tired. I get full 8-9 hours of sleep but I always wake up tired. I am 16 years old, I started taking vitamins and caffeine in the morning in which they help but for a short time. Afterwards I am still tired.

May be duration of your sleep is 8-9 hours but the quality of sleep is not good to refresh the body. Consult a psychiatrist/sleep expert in person for evaluation and treatment.
