Feeling something stuck in my throat.
I have been feeling something struck in my throat since 3 days. I started doing crunches and I guess I might have stretched my neck and since then u have this symptoms .I can see a flap behind my tongue which appears to me as epiglottitis. I have consulted a doctor and he says this is because of acidity. Too scared to see the symptoms. I have taking alot of juices for vitamin C since 3 days and a high protein diet. Still not sure why this has happened to me.

The sensation of something being stuck is likely if you a mild infection or trauma of stretching the tongue a lot. Dryness of throat is one other factor . Of course your hyperacidity is likely as having a lot of juices may have triggered it too.
Next Steps
*Having bland diet and timely intervals and early would help. early dinners too. *Sleep at earliest, avoiding late nights will go a long way to help acidity. *taking antacids as advised earlier may help *hydration with plenty of water is also necessary. >3 litres a day
Health Tips
As the longer you are awake the more the acidity. avoid too strenuous exercises!
