Here, online we can't comment about blood transfusion. Its too low. Need to investigate further to rule out the cause of anaemia. Need to treat the cause as well. Take oral haematinic to start with.

Anaemia always calls for an evaluation in patients who come under non menstruating females. Iron supplementation or blood transfusion is not always the treatment.

Since your hemoglobin is 7 gm/ dl you need iron supplemntation you can use oral iron supplemntation they are safe and effective
