Feeling pain left chest
From last two years m feeling pain in my left chest sometimes shooting pain, sometimes burning sensation like pain and sometimes in the morning sudden squeezing pain. Consulted many doctors like cardiology, gastrology and physician but still suffering from it. Ecg and all other diagnostics test ate normal. It is not a muscle or nerve pain because I can feel the difference. Mostly I Feel this pain when my digestion is not good. Most people said I am suffering from chronic indigestion anxiety disorder but still in confusion whether it is gastric problem or any heart related issues.

Hi.... It is due to digestion issues.... Avoid foods and drinks that trigger heartburn. Everyone has specific triggers. Common triggers such as fatty or fried foods, tomato sauce, alcohol, chocolate, mint, garlic, onion, and caffeine may make heartburn worse. Avoid foods you know will trigger your heartburn..... Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals..... Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed..... Elevate the head of your bed.....
