Feeling of sweet saliva.

Some time ago say one week, i felt sweet saliva like feeling without eating sugar item,Some time felt salty saliva, then after one or two day i became normal, but today after i also started feeling the same sweet saliva in mouth, i have checked my Random sugar was 95 in evening before one week, but I eat Dabur sugar free chavyanpras for immunity, is there some test needed or what are symptom like this.
