Ideally you should visit a psychiatrist nearby. If u are not willing to do so, you can talk your heart out to a close friend. You need to have a good conversation about your situation to a close friend or relative. You will get a alternative/ third person view on your situation. At least some expression of your agony will help. A psychiatrist will take note of your history and situation and can guide you. He/she may prescribe some meds. Psychiatry medicines are not sleeping pills. It's a myth that they are. Medicine for a few days will help u with ur anxiety ,stress, panic and mood changes. Along with that you should start life style changes.
Next Steps
consult a psychiatrist

You seem to be going through a tough time. It's possible that some of your dreams didn't come true. Yet it's not the end of possibilities. More good things can happen in your life if you are patient and willing to do something about it. You seem to have lost hope and will power to persevere. Give yourself some more time. You are also going through a transition phase as you go from college to a larger world. Along with some losses, you would have gained something good too. What are these positive gains? Count your blessings and tell yourself that you are in a much better place than many people.
Next Steps
Since you are suicidal, please go to the nearest hospital and see a psychiatrist as this is an emergency situation. A counselling psychologist can guide you to feel hopeful and teach you how to be resilient in the face of adversity.
Health Tips
Life is always full of ups and downs. Stress is a part of our life but how we manage the stress will make or break us.
