Feeling of poop
My son is having this problem since many months whenever he run or laugh or do some activities like this his little bit of poop comes out in his pajamas though after consulting Dr I have given metrogyl tablet and vitamins syrup . He doesn't have loosemotion. And also from many days he has feeling of heaviness in his stomach and doesn't feel like eating anything. He took maida products last month but now he is not taking it. Please suggest how can his condition of poop and stomach will go.

Care AI Shimmer
You haven’t told his age , but I suppose that he is small ( around 2 years). So child may have incontinence due to worm infestation , poor sphincter control, strict toilet training , attention seeking ,poor dietary routines.
Next Steps
Stool routine , a local examination of the anus , deworming could help . Please consult me on a video call
