I am 7 weeks pregnant and I am feeling nauseous and acidity also. I get hungry and same time I don't feel to eat also. Is there any medicine to reduce acidity and nausea. I am not eating spicy, oily food and walking daily for 3-4km.

But in pregnancy acidity is more common
As pregnancy advances acidity also increases
So reduce ur stress
Take proper diet at adequate regular intervals
Reduce spicy diet
