Feeling nauseous and acidity
I am 7 weeks pregnant and I am feeling nauseous and acidity also. I get hungry and same time I don't feel to eat also. Is there any medicine to reduce acidity and nausea. I am not eating spicy, oily food and walking daily for 3-4km.

Habbit  r good But in pregnancy acidity is more common As pregnancy  advances  acidity also increases So reduce ur stress Take proper  diet at adequate  regular  intervals Reduce spicy diet

Congrats on being mommy Motherhood is a roller coaster journey with a lot of joy Vomiting is one of them and it’s absolutely normal to have less appetite Take tab Doxinate 2 tab in night Take plenty of warm water, coconut water, keep yourself hydrated Take tab folio acid 5 mg everyday If very severe then visit nearby hospital Take your favourite food You can also chew ginger tablets if available

Take small frequent meals Non spicy Non oily Avoid outside food Take more curd,biscuits,nuts ,dry toast,icecream ,popsicles,ginger tea,lemon water,soups ,juices crackers This is morning sickness Appetite will improve after 12 weeks

Take small frequent meals like lemon rice or coconut rice or curd rice 7-8 times a day Take a packet of biscuits without cream like Tiger biscuits at 6 am before brushing and before getting out of bed

Need Dietery modification : Eat small nd frequent meals Avoid oily/junk nd spicy food Avoid caffeine products. Have plenty of water /fruit juice/coconut water/toss/Glucose biscuit Avoid sleeping after eating
