I have been under thyroid medication from the past 4 years. Recently i joined in kung fu classes, but i never faced any health issues. Subsequently i joined in gym, from then onwards i am feeling weak and low. I am taking fruit juices and good food, even then i am feeling weak. Suggest me some good way to overcome this

Try taking a plant based protein shake before gym and consider taling multivit also..You could be protein and vit b deficient.
