This is most  commonly seen after menopause.please take tab drise 60000IU alternate days for a week.tab xtracal-PM once daily after food.Add more fruits and soya rich products in your diet.Add powder ensure 2 full spoons in milk and have it. Engage yourself in walking ,yoga,speaking to your loved ones,.Have a positive outlook towards life. Doing small acts of philanthropy can some time give you happiness. Lethargy is very common in summers due to dehydration. It can be due some Vitamin or mineral defiency, Low HB or hormone disorder. And at ur age of 65 there is possibility of Cardiac issue also.. It can be due to depression which is quite common these days because of the pandemic.  U need to get a full health checkup.

At your age, it maybe more of physiological response than a psychiatric illness. Hydrate yourself more, and take ORS. Improve daily routine, and spend atleast 30 minutes doing  brisk walk. Stay safe
