Hi, Since how long have you been feeling low on confidence, lazy and tired? Is there any change in appetite or weight? Any stress in life? Feel free to contact me or any other mental health professional in person or for online therapy. Medicines can be started if required. Also, I would like to recommend you to check your hemoglobin and B12 levels. All the best!
