Vaginal itching with wetter discharge is common in early pregnancy because rising hormones increase discharge and can make you more prone to minor yeast infections. Feeling warmer than usual without a fever is also typical, since pregnancy raises your resting body temperature. Neither on its own is cause for worry.
Next Steps
Keep the area dry and wear cotton underwear. See your obstetrician if the itching continues or the discharge changes color or smell, since you may need a mild antifungal.
Health Tips
Go in sooner if you develop fever, pelvic pain, or bleeding, since those need to be checked right away.
