Feeling hopeless
I want to know the most is why I feel so empty like I am so hopeless and running out of time. I traveled a lot in the past 5 years. But I still felt the same, I was never contended and I always find a way to make me sad. I envy a lot of my friends because they do have a family now, I wish I had the things that they have but I also know that I am more blessed than them. I am gay and my family did not discuss my sexuality, I dont feel the support and I felt that I am alone.

The very fact that you have not had open communication with your family regarding your status is subconsciously causing stress and emptiness or a feeling that something is lacking. Discuss it out. Learn to deal with your emotions Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling All the best

You are looking for happiness everywhere externally whereas, the key to joy lies simply within you. And you aren't searching  there. Hence irrspective of what you do, you are not happy. It's time to understand this and begin your search within. Start with gratitude exercise from the time you wake up for every little thing you are blessed to have, also Accept, acknowledge and feel blessed about sexuality Also remember the feeling of emptiness is because you are yearning for experience of limitless...,hence practice meditation to connect with the inner self Also remember that you are equipped with all the resources within to survive this world. Lonliness is only a feeling. You are simply  enough

I think, the more you get compared, the more you feel hopeless. If possible, seek a professional support. Consult a psychologist for a better clarity.
