Feeling Heavy Head

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Feeling heavy head since many days. Not feeling fresh. Had panick attack in June but ECG and other tests related to heart was normal. Was put on Prolomet xl for high BP & heart rate and taking it regularly. Also detected with GERD so now taking Nexpro and Cintapro...but heavy head issue is not going.... please suggest
