Feeling fatigue
I feel so much fatigue from 3 days.Even i can not stand and walk due to weakness and fatigue .Also fell shortness of breath some time more at night.

Any history of asthma in the family? You can take Neuogadine syrup two teaspoons twice daily for three months, assuming you are not on any other medication. You can take a CBC test for haemoglobin. Exercise regularly and drink Penty of water. You can also take multivitamins

Any history of Fever/headache/bodypain? Are you on any medications? Monitor your spo2,temp,BP Get thyroid profile, CBC levels done. Need more detail history for proper evaluation and management
