Feeling eyestrain when I wear my specs.

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I have recently got specs because of myopia( -0.75,-0.5). When wear the specs I can see clearly, there is no problem about my vision but when I put on the specs my eyes are burning and the eyes becomes red. Why is that happening ?

Burning is not related with glass ,it occurs due to dryness ,if you are having no headache or eyestrain there is no need to change glass ,you should use Systane ultra eye drops 5-6 times daily .
