Hello U have to use power lense as advised. Blu cut lense is optional. Since there is no clearcut evidence to support blue light coming from computer is damaging to eyes.
Health Tips
general measures to  reduce eyes strain if you work with computers all day: Sit about 25 inches (arm's length) from the computer screen. Position the screen so you are gazing slightly downward. Reduce screen glare by using a matte screen filter if needed. Take regular breaks every 20 minutes, When your eyes feel dry, use artificial tears to refresh them. Adjust your room lighting and try increasing the contrast on your screen to reduce eye strain.

Since you are a regular computer user hence you are likely to develop computer vision syndrome and you may use any type of lenses but you have to take care of computer vision syndrome.

Given the power that you have -0.5 it is better to use glasses. Most of the lenses now a days come with any reflective coat which is mostly mandatory to reduce reflections from the lens . Every brand calls it by different name , it is basically blocking a particular wave length of light to make eye less stressful.  It is not mandatory , it is just a recommendation .
