Feeling dizzy, Lack of mood and interest
For the last few months, I have increased overthinking attacks. I have anxiety and stress, I get scared at night . I have difficulty sleeping. Unable to achieve sleep cycle properly. I feel agitation and I feel my heart beat is rising and I can feel that on my neck . I don't feel fresh, whenever I do intense exercise at that time I feel fresh .

Could be some latent worry Need to journal or psychodrama therapy Also don’t always exercise when stressed Dehydration Vitamin deficiency Sinus Need to talk and get your tests done
