Feeling depressed
Hi, These are the following symptoms of me, 1. I don't want to meet with new people while I spend other time confined in a room reading books, blogs, news etc. I love to think of ideas and implement them as a start up. I feel alone and depressed when I look at others having fun with girlfriends and enjoying their party life. 2. I don't want to speak much with colleagues in office, and I feel like they are talking negative behind me and not in the face. Because I have seen managers talking about me and laughing at how I quite I am and the workstyle I possess. This creates extra anxiety in me in office as everyone is watching me 3. I get extra cautious and alert in office for those reason I am quite depressed in later time except the weekends which I enjoy because of no office politics. 4. I feel like people are watching me, they are making conspiracy against me in office and outside. Do I have any psychological conditions? I don't hear voices or idea visual images like schizophrenics.

Do u have A very good friend...whom u trust. If yes, share Ur issues with him/her. If u don't, u can write a diary... Plz do go out, enjoy vacations, persuade Ur hobby... Plz don't think what people hv to say or think about u... Bez we people haven't even spared God...we say good, bad or even worst about God too....we r just a human being
Next Steps
if u feel things are tough...consult a psychologist..not psychiatrist

Hey buddy, Go out for a tour or vacation with your friends, visit new places, explore new things, do meditation and just let the negative vibes get out of your mind. Don't focus on what other people are saying about you, their thinking should not affect you by any means.
Next Steps
Just travel around somewhere with the people who love you for who you are, tell them about what you are going through.
Health Tips
opinion of others doesn't matter, you just focus on yourself and your life if you want you can consult with a psychologist or psychiatrist, just remember they are not mental doctors, they are just therapist or councelor. Never give up
