Feeling depressed, emotionally unstable
I am feeling depressed because of some personal reasons since over a month. I keep on crying, trying hard not to think about the problems I have but it keeps hitting my head. Whenever I go through this, I start having headache. Maybe because of this I started having sleep disorder I think it's called Sleep Paralysis. I have been having episodes of this and it has been about a month. Twice or thrice a week. Once I have an attack I'm scared to fall asleep. Because of improper sleep I'm feeling exhausted and fatigue. Please help me out with a solution to get over with this entire problem.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.
